Informative letter
as per Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
Dear Client,
The present letter shown to the interested party for the handling of personal data in accordance with article 13 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196, includes the code relating to the issue of personal data protection "Privacy Code" integrates the one available at the "Privacy Policy" page to which we refer.

The data will be handled by the data controller exclusively in relation to the purposes expressed in the received messages, which, as for example, in order to reply to eventual requests concerning received information.
The data will be held for the time strictly necessary to provide verifications to the interested parties.
The data will be handled with the use of electronic means and with logical procedures intended to facilitate the handling with respect to the security measures provided by the Privacy Code.
In particular, the data provided by the interested party will be kept in a data bank managed by the controller.
We advise the interested party not to send sensitive data (related to, as for example, health, religious convictions and political opinions) that will be in any event immediately cancelled in the absence of an explicit authorisation written by the interested party regarding the handling on the part of the controller.
The interested party can contact the designated person at the numbers indicated in the Privacy Policy or at the web site homepage, to exercise the rights foreseen by in the Privacy Code, (art.7) and, in particular, to access the data, request their modification and updating, and to dispute the handling for legitimate reasons.
